In 1964 the world was introduced to the Fender Mustang electric guitar offering a new sound and style to the stage, studio, and
home audiences. This new mustang brings the classic style with modern electronics and performance-oriented attributes.
The short-scale, 7-pound 2-ounce Mustang offers an ultra-comfortable easy to play playability to experienced and novice players
alike.
The headstock sports the classic Fender Mustang logo, and the C-shaped maple neck has a 9.5 radius maple fretboard with twenty-two
medium-jumbo frets.
The short 24-inch scale Fender Mustang 90 is outfitted with Fender Standard sealed tuners.
The double-cutaway offset solid body electric guitar is equipped with through body strings which aid in creating a lasting
ringing sustain which cuts through the mix.
The Alder solid body Mustang is equipped with a six-saddle through body Hardtail Bridge and MP-90 single-coil pickups with volume
and tone controls, and a three-way toggle pickup switch.
